Payment Options

We offer several convenient ways to pay for your order. This page explains your options and how sales tax is handled.

Online Checkout (No Additional Fees)

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
  • No surcharge when you complete payment online at checkout.
  • Note: ACH is not offered in online checkout.

Offline / Invoiced Orders

Credit card on offline invoices: a 3.5% processing fee applies. (There is no fee if you pay online at checkout.)
  • ACH / Bank Transfer: encouraged for invoice payments. Request secure instructions from sales@e-corporategifts.com.
  • Check: payable to e-CorporateGifts.com (processing begins after funds clear).
  • Credit/Debit Card: accepted for invoices; 3.5% fee applies on offline CC payments only.

Purchase Orders & Terms

  • Limited availability: net terms are approved on a very select basis for qualified accounts.
  • Contact sales@e-corporategifts.com to request review; documentation may be required.

Sales Tax

  • Sales tax is calculated based on the ship-to address and product taxability, and is shown on your quote/checkout.
  • Tax-exempt? Provide a valid resale or exemption certificate before we bill your order so we can apply it.
  • Food items may be treated differently for tax purposes depending on destination rules; we’ll reflect this on your quote/checkout.

International & Special Cases

  • International shipments may incur duties/taxes/fees assessed by the destination; typically the recipient’s responsibility unless arranged otherwise.
  • Wire transfer available upon request for certain orders.
