Shipping & Turnaround

We make timelines clear and delivery simple—whether you’re sending one bulk shipment to HQ or coordinating individual drop shipping to hundreds of addresses. Shipping costs are quoted per order (or calculated at checkout) to reflect current carrier rates and your specific items.

Standard Production Times

  • Branded items: typically 7–10 business days after proof approval.
  • Unbranded/blank items: typically 1–3 business days to ship.
  • Lead times vary by item and season; your quote will include the most accurate window.

Proofs & Approval

  • We provide a free virtual proof showing your logo/branding before production.
  • Production begins after written approval. Please review carefully to avoid delays.

Rush Service

  • Expedited production is available on many items—tell us your in-hands date and we’ll propose the best path.
  • Rush fees may apply; we’ll include them in your quote if needed.

Shipping Methods

  • Carriers: UPS, FedEx, and freight for larger orders. USPS used for APO/FPO when appropriate.
  • Speeds: Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight.
  • FOB points: vary by product/brand; we’ll route from the fastest and most economical location.
  • Use your account: We can ship on your UPS/FedEx number upon request.

Bulk & Individual Drop Shipping

  • Bulk shipping: one shipment to your office/event or distribution center.
  • Individual drop shipping: we ship to each recipient’s address—ideal for remote teams and client lists.
  • We accept address spreadsheets and provide a preferred column format during quoting.

APO/FPO, Alaska & Hawaii, International

  • APO/FPO: available via USPS on eligible items.
  • Alaska & Hawaii: additional transit time and surcharges may apply.
  • International: available on select products; duties/taxes are the recipient’s responsibility unless arranged otherwise.

Address Accuracy & Corrections

  • Please verify addresses before approving your shipment list.
  • Carrier address correction/redirect fees may be billed at cost if assessed by the carrier.

Tracking & Notifications

  • You’ll receive tracking for each shipment once it leaves the warehouse.
  • For large drop-ship programs, summary reports are available on request.
Peak Season Note: During Q4 and major holidays, both production and transit times can extend. We’ll advise timelines in your quote and recommend ordering early whenever possible.
