Production & Timelines

  • How long does production take? Branded items typically take 7–10 business days after proof approval. Blank items ship in 1–3 business days. See Shipping & Turnaround.
  • Do you offer rush? Yes—tell us your in-hands date and we’ll propose options. Rush fees may apply.
  • When do I get a proof? You’ll receive a free digital proof before production begins.

Artwork & Imprinting

  • What files do you accept? Preferred: vector .AI / .EPS / .PDF (text outlined). High-res raster for full-color prints is OK. Details: Art Requirements.
  • How do I send my logo? Upload on the product page (when available). If you don’t see an upload field, email files to sales@e-corporategifts.com with your Order #.
  • Can you match Pantone? On many items, yes (PMS fees/lead time may apply).

Ordering & Payments

  • How do I get a quote? Use the Request a Quote link on product pages or the Request Gift Ideas page for curated ideas.
  • What payment methods do you accept? Online checkout: major credit/debit cards (no surcharge). Invoiced orders: ACH (preferred), check, or card (3.5% processing fee for offline CC payments). See Payment Options.
  • Do you offer net terms? On a very select basis for qualified accounts. Contact sales@e-corporategifts.com.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Can you ship to multiple addresses? Yes—bulk to one location or individual drop shipping nationwide. We’ll provide a preferred address-list template.
  • Can you use our UPS/FedEx account? Yes—by request.
  • Do you ship internationally or to APO/FPO? Many items can—APO/FPO via USPS when appropriate. See Shipping & Turnaround.

Samples & Proofs

  • Can I get a sample? Yes—many items have blank sample options; branded pre-production samples are available on select items (fees/lead times vary).
  • Will I see my logo before production? Yes—every custom order includes a free digital proof.

Returns & Issues

  • What’s your return policy? Blank items: 30 days (15% restocking fee over $50). Customized items: final sale except for damage/defect. See Returns & Cancellations.
  • Order arrived damaged or short? Contact us within 2 business days so we can resolve quickly.
