Clear art = sharp imprints. Send the best file you have and we’ll handle the rest. If you’re unsure, email what you’ve got—we’ll advise the cleanest path to production.

Acceptable File Types

• Vector files (preferred): .AI, .EPS, or vector .PDF. Convert all text to outlines and embed linked images.
• High-resolution raster (for photos/full color): .PNG or .TIFF at 300 dpi minimum at final imprint size.

One-Color Artwork

• Provide solid black art on a white background (no grayscale).
• We’ll print in your chosen ink color during production.

Multi-Color / Full Color

• For spot colors, include Pantone (PMS) callouts in your vector file.
• For full-color (CMYK/UV/DTF), send the highest-resolution file available—gradients and photos are fine.

What Not to Send

• Web images (typically 72 dpi), screenshots, or photos of a screen.
• Non-vector PDFs, flattened/embedded art that can’t be edited, or files made in Word/PowerPoint.

Color Matching

• Exact Pantone matching is available on many items (may require a PMS fee and extra time).
• Where Pantone isn’t supported, we’ll match as closely as the method/material allows.

Proofs & Approval

• You’ll receive a free digital proof before production.
• Production starts after written approval. Please review carefully to avoid delays.

How to Send Artwork

• Artwork: Upload on the product page (when available). If no upload field appears, email sales@e-corporategifts.com with your Order #.
• If attachments exceed ~25MB, share a cloud link (Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer, etc.).

File Prep Checklist

• Text converted to outlines; links embedded.
• Include bleeds/safe areas if your vendor template requires them.
• Helpful naming: CompanyName_Item_Color_PMS.ai.
